Flood Watch Issued For Essex County For All Of Sunday

NORTH JERSEY, NJ — The National Weather Service has predicted thundstorms on and off this weekend, and has issued a flood watch for Bergen County and four other counties that starts at 12 a.m. Sunday and continues into the night.
