There’s still time to find the perfect Mother’s (or Grandmother’s) Day gift! In Livingston, it’s easy to find something within your price range that’ll be perfect for Mom!  Here are some of our favorites:

1. Pink Jewels – Sorry, but women always want jewelry! At Pink Jewels you don’t have to break the bank to buy something nice. I saw a $15 vibrant red necklace that the kids could chip in for while there was another one in pink for $50 that would cast a flattering, youthful-looking  glow on any lucky wearer. 2. Silverman’s Stationers – Located in the Town Center, Silverman’s is your place for convenient one-stop Mother’s Day shopping!  After choosing from their vast selection of cards, scope the store for gifts sure to delight Mom. 

For the wine lover, I found Appletree design goblets for only $19.95 each.  And why even pretend she has a green thumb when in the back of the store, Silverman’s has realistic silk “plants” for only $36!  Grab a gift bag (the store sells these, too) and you’re good to go. 3. 580 South – You don’t have to know Mom’s size to pick from 580 South’s large assortment of scarves for only $36.  They spice up any wardrobe, easily pack in vacation luggage, and are great for accessorizing. (580 South, 580 South Livingston Avenue – 973/758-0580 – www.580south.com) 

4. Greets & Treats – Another perfect place for one-stop shopping, this store has the largest selection of Vera Bradley bags that I’ve ever seen.  Mom’s not into bags?  The kids can buy her a lovely pill box for $10 (got kids – need aspirin!) while you can get her the matching mirror for $22.  Again, no knowledge of size required and they do sell gift bags. 5. Infinity – So Mom loves to swim, but doesn’t have anywhere to put her wet clothes after she changes.  No worries!  Infinity sells charming Wet Stuff Bags for a mere $15.  After changing, she’ll have no problem finding her make-up if she stores it in the set of three make-up bags Infinity sells for $30.  (Infinity, 21 E Northfield Road – 973/994-2448)
