Free Robotics Program In Livingston For Families With Special Needs
Livingston will sponsor a free Robotics Program for people with special needs and their families.
LIVINGSTON, NJ — The Livingston Advisory Committee for Disabilities (LACD) will sponsor a free Robotics Program for people with special needs and their families as part of STEM Fair 2024.
"We invite individuals across the neurodiversity spectrum from elementary school age and beyond," the LACD said. "Immerse yourself in the excitement of our interactive and enjoyable activity zone. We are looking forward to learning the marvels of robotics with Livingston's robotics teams at STEM Fair 2024."
The special event will take place Monday, Feb. 12, 2024 at the Livingston Senior/Community Center, 204 Hillside Ave., Livingston. It will run from 5-6:30 pm in room T3.

In case of snow, the event will be held on Monday, Feb. 19, 2024 at the same time and place.
Livingston robotics teams will be engaging the audience with live hands-on robotics demonstrations.

The LACD said, "Join us in fostering inspiration and connection within the neurodiverse community, sparking curiosity and enthusiasm in every young mind. We invite submissions from the robotics teams in Livingston for presentation. Come share your passion for robotics with the community. Free refreshments will be served."
