Award Winning Brick Oven Pizzeria to Open in Livingston This December

Goodfella’s, an award-winning brick oven-baked pizza and family-style Italian-American food restaurant, is coming to the Livingston Mall food court this December.

Besides its award-winning pizza, Goodfella’s menu includes everything from soups, salads, heros, wraps and Italian hot-pressed paninis to pastas, entrées and brick oven rolls. For dessert, two favorites not to miss are the delicious cannolis and NY style cheesecake.

Goodfella’s roots go back to Staten Island, where owner Frank Rizzuto, wanted to bring the Goodfella’s experience of his flagship location to as many people as possible. Although this will be his fourth restaurant, it is his first food court experience and he couldn’t be more excited.

“Not only does Goodfella’s have delicious food, but it is known for its friendly service,” said Maria Gregorious, area director of marketing and business development for Livingston Mall. “We are thrilled to have this restaurant join the rest of our great selection of eateries at the Livingston Mall food court. We anticipate it will become a popular dining destination among our shoppers.”

Most recently, Goodfella’s took home first prize in three categories at Bayonne’s Second Annual Best Pizza Challenge! Goodfella’s also won world’s best pizza in 2007, 2009 & 2012 at the International Pizza Expo held each year in Las Vegas. In addition, Goodfella’s was given four stars on entrees, pizza & pasta by the NY Times, Daily News, ABC News & USA Today.
