LIVINGSTON, NJ — Much is going on with the weather in Essex County this week, but not all at once.

And what of Hurricane Lee?
According to the National Hurricane Center, Hurricane Lee will be heading north through the Atlantic Ocean all week, but it expected to stay at sea as it passes New Jersey on Saturday — for now.
It may still have an effect on the surf and rip currents, forecasters say.
And the storm cone has already been extended to Maine.
The National Hurricane Center said on Monday that it's still too early to tell what impact the storm will have in the Northeast.
It will be closest to New Jersey on Saturday, according to the current forecast. Temperatures are expected to be in the 70s during the day, dropping to 59 at night.
