Horrendous drivers...is this fiction?

Horrendous drivers meet their match! Table tennis battles. Romance. Humor. Action. Adult read. Charlesdyner.com.

Livingston, New Jersey resident Charles Dyner authors “The Back Room”. A novel with scenes in Millburn, the Short Hills Mall, Livingston and a country club. Any reference to real people is unintentional.

New Jersey’s worst car drivers, the “Horrendos”, are everywhere. They nearly kill two young NYC corporate lawyers, Duncan (Harvard) and Tyler (Yale), on local roads during a family visit. Inspired by anger, they create “Risk-X”, a new business enabling insurance companies, for a hefty fee, to identify Horrendos in action, charge them higher premiums or refuse to insure them at all – effectively driving them off the roads.

In Millburn, Wen Luc abandons his piano prodigy talent to become New Jersey’s #1 Table Tennis player. A match on a lark with a Hassidic Jew causes him to re-evaluate his future. The result also pushes the Hassid to a life-changing decision: he leaves his family and the Hassidic way of life. To them, he is now dead.

Boris Mikhailovich Guba, a Russia-escapee genius hacker is obnoxious yet loveable. He works for Risk-X and is simultaneously hunted by a ganglord from Brooklyn’s “Little Odessa”, the KGB, and criminal operators from the Russian Embassy in NYC. All for different reasons.
