How Does The Early School Garden Grow...With Loving Care!

The students of The TBA Early School experienced that joy firsthand as they participate in the planting and care of a garden.

Planting and growing a flower or vegetable garden is a rewarding endeavor. The students of The Early School of Temple B'nai Abraham experienced that joy firsthand as they participate in the planting and care of a vegetable and flower garden. As soon as the weather permitted, they started with preparing the soil before they planted the seeds and seedlings and will continue to be proactive as they will participate in watering, weeding and cultivating the plants.

Shown proudly planting seedlings for sugar snap peas, tomatoes, basil, sunflowers and vinca in the garden under the botanical supervision of teacher Lucy Melillo are Early School student “gardeners.”
