Workers are busy finishing the town's new municipal complex on S. Livingston Avenue.
This morning, this reporter didn't notice the time, but by noon had realized that the facade of the clock tower on the cupola had been installed. Soon it will be keeping time for residents.
Work on the new building is scheduled to be completed by summer's end, but an exact date hasn't been determined, according to Russ Jones, Livingston's Deputy Township Manager.

Since it's still an active construction site, it's a bit dangerous to be in the way of workers who are operating cranes and other heavy machinery. But as soon as the site is safe, Patch will get an up close tour of the stately building. Stay tuned.
