Associates from the Keller Williams® Realty office located in the Livingston, New Jersey “Town Center” were among the nationwide winners of top-producer awards for 2013, announced during the organization’s recent national convention.  Over 12,000 Keller Williams associates, including eleven from the Town Center Office, gathered for the corporation’s convention, February 15-19, 2014, in Phoenix, Arizona, a highlight of which was the February 16 awards luncheon.  

Eleven of the office’s realtors received Keller Williams (KW) corporate awards for outstanding individual sales results, lead by Francis Busby who received a “Double Gold” award and Steven Gendel who earned a “Gold” award.  “Silver” awards were announced for Maria Cuccinello, Barbara Kanefsky, Alyssa Reiter, Deena Rubin and Tracy Tofanelli, and “Bronze” awards were received by Catherine Ciciola , Marie Dasaro, Mae Gamboa and Grace Rodriguez.

In addition, four of the office’s two-person teams received sales awards, including a Team “Triple Gold” for the Sharon and Karen Home Team (Sharon Avram and Karen Abramson), a “Double Gold” award for the Family Focus Team (Robert Bailey Lemanski and Viki Stout), a “Gold” award for the Bev and Bob Meaux Team (Beverly Meaux and Robert Meaux), and a “Silver” award for Team Total Resource (Valerie Picardi Wolfson and Jeffrey Wolfson).

A group award for sales achievement was announced for The Zebaida Group (Robert Zebaida, Marlisa Zebaida, Tara Fickes, Lauren Marlin and Vicki Pinto), and Karen Burrick earned a “Double Gold” Award for being a top performing Keller Williams Market Center Administrator.

The Keller Williams Town Center Office in Livingston opened in the fall of 2008 and is one of four KW offices in Essex County, New Jersey.  The office has been lead since November 2013 by KW veteran of seven years, Ms. Shannon Buss.

In addition to luxury home sales and commercial sales, the office specializes in complex sales and service transactions, including distressed properties, relocations, and sales due to divorce.  Collectively, the office’s 75 agents achieved closed sales units for the year 2013 up + 60% over 2012, significantly about the Garden State Multiple Listing Service (MLS) figure of +18.8% .  The office was voted one of the top three real estate offices in the "Best of Essex 2013" in Suburban Essex Magazine (November 2013 issue).
