Landscaping Equipment Stolen From Trailers In Livingston: Police

Two trailers were burglarized in Livingston this week, including one at a local church, authorities said.

LIVINGSTON, NJ — Two trailers were burglarized in Livingston earlier this week, including one at a local church, authorities announced Tuesday.

The Livingston Police Department released the following details about each theft:

Sept. 15 – “At 10:46 p.m., Livingston officers responded to St. Mary’s Church on a report of a burglary to a landscape trailer. Upon officers’ arrival, the victim stated that approximately $8,000 worth of equipment was taken from the trailer. The Livingston Detective Bureau processed the scene and the investigation is ongoing.”

Sept. 16 – “At 7:30 a.m., Livingston officers responded to Okner Parkway on a report of a burglary to a landscape trailer. Upon officers’ arrival, the victim stated that the lock to the trailer was cut and approximately $5,000 worth of equipment taken from the trailer. The Livingston Detective Bureau is investigating.”
