Large Housing Complex On South Orange Avenue For Seniors Will Open In Early 2023

LIVINGSTON, NJ — If you've been wondering about the large complex growing on South Orange Avenue, it's the newest community by Sunrise Senior Living, and it's now set to open in Livingston in early 2023.

The complex will include 103 units on three floors, providing assisted living, memory care, and other services for seniors, according to Sunrise.

The 86,000-square-foot property is located at 290 West S. Orange Ave.

Sunrise of Livingston was originally scheduled to open in November, but a spokesperson said they're now shooting for early next year.

"Sunrise of Livingston will join Sunrise’s growing footprint in New Jersey, located within 9 miles of 9 other Sunrise communities," said a spokesperson.

"Sunrise has an unparalleled nearly 40-year expertise in senior care with evidence-based care and support that purposefully curates a personalized senior living experience."
