Last-Minute Voter Registration In Livingston: What To Know
Still need to register to vote in the 2021 general election? Here's what to do in Livingston.

LIVINGSTON, NJ — The Livingston Township Clerk’s Office will be open until 9 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 12 to allow for last-minute, in-person voter registration.
The Clerk’s Office is located on the first floor of Livingston Town Hall, 357 South Livingston Avenue (enter the building through the rear entrance). Residents are eligible to register to vote if they are 17 years or older and will be 18 by Election Day, which takes place on Tuesday, Nov. 2.
According to Livingston town officials, Tuesday, Oct. 12 is the last day to register to vote or change address on a voter registration in order to be able to vote in the 2021 general election.

Livingston officials said:
“Eligible citizens can register to vote online at https://voter.svrs.nj.gov/register — please note that you will need a driver’s License, non-driver identification card, or Social Security card — or visit livingstonnj.org/Voting to fill out and print out the New Jersey voter registration application. If filling out and printing the paper form, you can either hand it in to the clerk’s office in Livingston Town Hall or mail it in — postmarked by October 12 — to: Essex County Commissioner of Registration, Hall of Records, Room 417A, 465 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Newark, NJ 07102-9852. Anyone not already registered who submits a voter registration form after Tuesday, October 12, 2021 will not be eligible to vote in the Tuesday, November 2, 2021 election. You can check your registration status at https://voter.svrs.nj.gov/registration-check.”
