Let's Eat! Patch Picks For NJ Restaurant Week

Get ready to eat hungry Jersey foodies! Livingston’s Nero’s Grille is offering special price fixed menus for lunch and dinner during NJ Restaurant Week. The steakhouse is among the local favorites participating in the statewide event through Saturday.

Restaurants in every corner of the state will offer multi-course lunch and dinner specials for $19 or less and $35 or less respectively. This is your chance to eat at some of our state’s most exclusive restaurants without breaking your budget. 

The event is sponsored by the New Jersey Restaurant Association. Participating are some local favorites, including: Highlawn Pavilion, The Manor, Fascino, CulinAriane, Lorena's, Rose Mediterranean, and Casa Vasca in Ironbound Newark. Click here for more information.

Nero’s has a special menu for the week, with lunch entrees Pollo Arezzo, Rigatoni Pasta (with sweet sausage and broccoli rabe), or Buttermilk Bibb Sliced Steak Salad. Dinner choices include Chicken Parmesan, Rigatoni Pasta, Marinated Grilled Sliced Hanger Steak and Roasted Vegetable & Panko Stuffed Norwegian Salmon. And there's another chance to sample restaurants coming up — this time down at the Shore.

Jersey Shore Restaurant Week is a chance to eat—and maybe even for an excuse for a weekend away—down the shore. From Nov. 4 to Nov. 13, many beachside and down the shore restaurants are offering special meals and deals. The Great Jersey Shore Burger Contest is set for Nov. 5 in Belmar, while the events wrap up on Nov. 14 with a clearance sale—on drinks! La Dolce Vita in Belmar has a tradition each year when their seasonal liquor license expires; 1/2 price bar all day. Anything left on the shelves is half-price.
