RTS (Recycle Track Systems NJ, LLC) has begun its partnership with the Township as Livingston's new trash, bulky waste, and basic yard waste collector.

While all recognize there have been some "bumps in the road" at first, collections are now running more smoothly, and pick-up schedules are becoming more well established.

• permitted hours of operation for garbage collection
• schedules
• trash bin placement
• yard waste pickups
• what to do with items that must be recycled rather than put out with garbage -- including metal and electronics

• materials produced and provided by RTS on a regular basis to educate on and incentivize recycling diversion and overall waste reduction
