RTS (Recycle Track Systems NJ, LLC) has begun its partnership with the Township as Livingston's new trash, bulky waste, and basic yard waste collector.

While all recognize there have been some "bumps in the road" at first, collections are now running more smoothly, and pick-up schedules are becoming more well established.
