Graduation will be held outside this year as planned. With that, please be sure to adhere to the following information so we can ensure a safe and enjoyable afternoon.

All students were issued seven tickets at rehearsal this morning.  Two of these tickets were marked “Indoor Only.”  All of these tickets will be accepted at the gate for entrance.  However, we will not collect the indoor tickets.  Please be sure to hold on to the two indoor tickets.

In the event that the thunderstorm alarm is sounded, the decision will be made for safety over ceremony.  We will move the students into the Fitness and Wellness Center and seat them on the floor.

Only guests with “Indoor Only” tickets will be permitted into the Fitness and Wellness Center.  Everyone holding an “Indoor Only” ticket will be asked to enter through the side doors facing the main building.

All other doors to the Fitness and Wellness Center will be locked. At the same time, in the event of a storm, the main building will be open for guests without “Indoor Only” tickets.  The remainder of the graduation will be broadcast on LTV in the auditorium and school cafertia.

We look forward to a wonderfully festive afternoon. I thank you for your continued support.

Sincerely,

Mark Stern
