Livingston Council Greenlights $5.4M To Pay For Capital Upgrades
A bond ordinance approved by the Livingston Town Council will finance building renovations, sidewalk improvements, new vehicles and more.

LIVINGSTON, NJ — The Livingston Town Council greenlighted a bond ordinance that will raise $5.47 million to pay for several infrastructure and capital projects, including new computers, renovations to public buildings, sidewalk improvements, new township maintenance vehicles and new equipment for the fire department.
The council unanimously voted in favor of Ordinance #09-2024 during their meeting on Monday. It appropriates $5,475,000 to finance a series of capital projects in Livingston (see chart below).
