Livingston Council Meeting, Budget Hearing Will Be Virtual

LIVINGSTON, NJ — The Livingston Town Council meeting on Monday, Sept. 27 will take place virtually at 7 p.m., officials announced. It was originally scheduled to take place at Town Hall, 357 South Livingston Avenue, at 7:30 p.m.

The town’s 2021 budget hearing is scheduled to take place at the meeting. In addition, other hearings are slated for ordinances including:

• Ordinance 7-2021 “Establishing a New Inclusionary Development Zone Designated as the R-5 Residence Overlay District, Block 6101, Lots 25 and 26 (Passaic Ave and Volker La)”
• Ordinance 31-2021 “Amending and Supplementing Ch. 170 of the Township Code by Establishing a New Inclusionary Development Zone Designated as the R-5N Residence Overlay District (651 Old Mount Pleasant Ave)”
• Ordinance 32-2021 “Amending and Supplementing Ch. 170 of the Code of the Township of Livingston By Establishing a New Inclusionary Development Zone Designated as the R-5R Residence Overlay District (32 Dickinson La)”
• Ordinance 33-2021 “Amending and Supplementing Ch. 170 of the Code of the Township of Livingston By Establishing a New Inclusionary Development Zone Designated as the R-5Q Residence Overlay District (70 S Orange Ave)”
• Ordinance 34-2021 “Authorizing the Private Sale of Township Owned Real Property to Habitat for Humanity Inc., 34 Cross Brook Rd, 10 Ashby Ave and 28 Harvest La”
