LIVINGSTON, NJ — UPDATE: The below meeting has been canceled, and agenda items will be discussed at a future meeting. READ MORE HERE.

The Livingston Town Council will hold its next meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Monday in person, but the meeting will also be streamed on Facebook (linked here). The council will look at zoning, redevelopment, and other matters.

  • Amending and Supplementing Ch 170 of the Code of the Township of Livingston by Establishing a New Inclusionary Development Zone Designated as the R-5L Residence Overlay District
  • Authorizing the Private Sale of Township Owned Real Property to Habitat
    for Humanity, Inc., South Ashby Avenue
  • Adopting the Cedar Street Commons Redevelopment Plan Amendment
  • Authorizing the Acceptance of Certain Easements

In person, the council will meet at Town Hall, 357 South Livingston Ave. The public must attend in person to participate Monday.
