Livingston Free Presentation On Colon Health, Cancer: March 28

LIVINGSTON, NJ — In honor of National Colorectal Cancer Month in March, the Livingston Health Department will offer a presentation on colon health in conjunction with Overlook Medical Center on Wednesday, March 28, from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Livingston Public Library, 10 Robert H. Harp Drive.
According to a Livingston Health Department news release:
“Colorectal cancer is one of the most commonly diagnosed types of cancer in the United States. There are measures that you can take that may help lower your risk for colorectal cancer, such as getting screenings to detect polyps and making lifestyle changes.”
During the free, public March 28 event, presenters will provide information on colorectal cancer, screenings, the importance of early detection and “keeping your colon healthy.”
