Livingston Health Department Announces Fall 2018 Flu Clinics

The Livingston Health Department will hold three more flu clinics this fall. Get your vaccine now to help you stay healthy this flu season!

The Livingston Health Department will hold three more flu clinics this fall, on September 26, October 9, and November 6, 2018.

Annual flu vaccines are recommended for those who are 6 months and older to help protect against the flu. The Livingston Health Department offers the flu vaccine to adults aged 18 and over, at no cost to those with Medicare Part B and for a fee of $20 for all others.

The Health Department’s clinics are scheduled as follows:

  • Wednesday, September 26, 2018 from 10 am – 12 pm
    • Location: Livingston/Senior Community Center, 204 Hillside Ave. -- Lower Level, Craft Room 2
  • Tuesday, October 9, 2018 from 5 pm – 8 pm
    • Location: Livingston/Senior Community Center, 204 Hillside Ave. -- Lower Level, Nursing/Education Office
  • Tuesday, November 6, 2018 (Election Day) from 9 am – 4 pm
    • Location: Livingston/Senior Community Center, 204 Hillside Ave. -- Lower Level, Nursing/Education Office

Pre-registration is not required for any of the flu clinics.

The Livingston Health Department also offers flu vaccines to those who are homebound. For questions about our flu clinics or to schedule a home visit, call the Health Department at 973-535-7961 ext. 227 or 228.
