Livingston High School Gets Ready For Fall

Coach Barry Kostibos feels good about the upcoming season. His boys are ready and in better shape than ever after a rigorous off-season training program.

Coach Barry Kostibos feels his boys are ready to take on the tough schedule that lies ahead. Last year's winless season was a difficult first season for him as head coach, with only six returning seniors and only three being healthy enough to complete the season. The JV schedule was scrapped so that positions could be filled by the less experienced underclassman.

The team engaged in a rigorous off-season training both in the weight room and during its summer program. The coach feels that this preparation has put this team on a level-playing-field for its conference. Confidence is running high once again. "They are not big, but they are smart, coachable,  and committed" said Coach Kostibos.
