LIVINGSTON, NJ — Livingston High School is among the top 100 institutions in New Jersey, according to U.S. News & World Report's 2019 rankings of "best high schools."

Livingston High School was the 31st-highest-ranked institution in the Garden State, U.S. News & World Report stated.

Nationwide, Livingston High School placed at #594 among more than 20,500 public high schools.(See the full state list here)

To reach its conclusions, the study compared factors such as “college readiness,” reading and math proficiency, reading and math performance; underserved student performance; college curriculum breadth; and graduation rates.

“By evaluating more schools than ever before, the new edition expands that focus so all communities can see which schools in their area are successfully serving their students — including historically underserved populations,” said Anita Narayan, managing editor of education at U.S. News.
