Livingston Justice Event: Reading Of Book About Dolores Huerta

The 2nd to 4th grade book club event will be hosted by Livingston residents. It will discuss "Dolores Huerta: A Hero to Migrant Workers."

LIVINGSTON, NJ — Local advocacy group Livingston Justice will host a free, virtual reading of “Dolores Huerta: A Hero to Migrant Workers” by Sara Warren and Robert Casilla in tribute to Women’s History Month.

The 2nd to 4th grade book club event will include Holly Prince, a Livingston resident and 3rd grade teacher, and Jen Best, a Livingston resident and kindergarten teacher.

The reading will be followed by a group discussion, including an opportunity for student participants to share how they are also contributing to their communities.
