Livingston Library To Host Event With Picture Book Creators: Tara Lazar, Joyce Wan

Livingston, NJ - Picture book creators Tara Lazar and Joyce Wan will discuss the magic that goes into creating a picture book during a public event at the Livingston Public Library at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, May 18.

According to a news release, Lazar and Wan will help participants brainstorm story ideas, create characters and learn how picture books “balance both words and art to tell the whole story.”

Lazar is the author of Normal Norman and Little Red Gliding Hood. Wan is the author of The Whale in My Swimming Pool and My Lucky Little Dragon, as well as a stationary and card designer.
