LIVINGSTON, NJ — The Livingston-based Horseneck Motorcycle Riding Club spent a recent weekend reaching out to the younger generation of bike enthusiasts during their “Livingston Shining Stars Program.”

Held on Saturday, Sept. 22, the event saw club members spending the morning with their younger counterparts in the Shining Stars program. The riders – younger and older – were joined by members of the Livingston Town Council and local families.
