LIVINGSTON, NJ — The Livingston Police Department will host its third “Coffee With A Cop” meet and greet event on Thursday, March 9.
According to police, the free event will be held from 7:30 to 9:15 a.m. at Livingston Bagel, 37 E. Northfield Road, in conjunction with the Livingston Area Chamber of Commerce Resource Breakfast.
“The national initiative is an informal way for people to meet with police officers to discuss community issues, build relationships and drink coffee,” police stated. “There will be no agenda or speeches, just a chance to ask questions, voice concerns, and get to know the officers that patrol your neighborhood. The motto of the program is ‘Building relationships. One cup at a time.’”
