Livingston Police to Host 'Spring Clean Your Medicine Cabinet' Event

Officers will be on hand to help residents dispose of unwanted prescription medications on Saturday.

On Saturday, April 25, Livingston residents can safely dispose of unwanted prescription medicines during the Livingston Police Department’s “Spring Clean Your Medicine Cabinet” event from 1 to 5 p.m., at Police Headquarters, 333 South Livingston Ave.

According to a release, officers will be on hand to help residents dispose of their medications at the above time and day. In addition, there is a permanent drug drop-off box in the lobby of Police Headquarters, where residents can stop by any time or day to safely dispose of unwanted drugs.

Sharps and needles must be disposed of separately.
