Livingston Public Library: Potential Delay In Receiving New Print Books

Service from Baker and Taylor, a nationwide library distributor for print materials, has been disrupted due to a ransomware attack. Baker and Taylor’s website is currently down and the Livingston Public Library does not have the ability to place new orders or check the status on existing orders. It is also unclear when we will be receiving books for orders that have already been placed.

This delay is out of the Livingston Public Library’s control and it is also affecting neighboring libraries. In the meantime, the Livingston Public Library will be ordering additional copies of some best sellers from another vendor.
