Livingston Releases 2019 Water Quality Report

Where does Livingston's drinking water come from, and how did it test for contaminants last year? Find out here.

LIVINGSTON, NJ — The Township of Livingston released its 2019 Water Quality Report earlier this week, which shows the results of routine contaminant testing for the town’s drinking water.

According to municipal officials:

“The EPA requires monitoring for over 80 drinking water contaminants. The Township of Livingston Water Department and New Jersey American Water routinely monitor for contaminants in your drinking water according to federal and state laws. The tables show the results of that monitoring for the period of January 1 to December 31, 2018.”
