Livingston Residents: Voice Your Opinion About the Master Plan at Upcoming Meeting on April 21
Town will hold informal, open forum session to discuss possible updates to municipal planning document in 2017.

Have an opinion about Livingston’s Master Plan? Here’s your chance to make it known.
On Tuesday, April 21, town officials will host an “open forum” meeting to discuss the Township Master Plan, the basis for all land use ordinances in the municipality.
The meeting will take place at 7:30 p.m. at the Livingston Town Hall, 357 South Livingston Ave.

According to a public notice, the Master Plan serves as a guide to the Township Council, the Zoning Board of Adjustment and the Planning Board in matters of development, preservation and revitalization of the Livingston community.
The current version was first adopted in 1946, and was revised in 2007.

The Planning Board is planning to publish an updated Master Plan in 2017, according to the notice.
Formal public hearings will be held when a new draft is ready for consideration.
