Livingston voters chose two candidates for their local board of education in the 2021 general election.

LIVINGSTON, NJ — Livingston voters headed to the polls on Tuesday, Nov. 2 to cast ballots in the 2021 general election. And choosing members of their local board of education was among the tasks they faced.
In Livingston, voters chose candidates for governor, the state Legislature and county sheriff, and made decisions on two state ballot questions. Livingston voters also chose members of the board of education, where three people competed for two open seats. Terms last for three years.

With 26 of 26 districts reported, Pamela Chirls and Jenissa Arnette have apparently captured seats on the Livingston school board. Here are the unofficial results, which still need to be certified, according to the Essex County Clerk's Office.
- Pamela L. Chirls - 5,215 (42.30%)
- James Calderon - 2,914 (23.63%)
- Jenissa Arnette - 4,201 (34.07%)
