Livingston Student Artist Exhibits At SOPAC

Sorasicha Nithikasem, a senior at Livingston High School, will display art during an exhibit at the South Orange Performing Arts Center.

Livingston, NJ – Sorasicha Nithikasem, a senior at Livingston High School, will exhibit two pieces of her art, "Untitled" and "When Mother Works Late at Night in Corporate America," at the “Inspired Minds: Young Artist Exhibition” at the South Orange Performing Arts Center, 1 SOPAC Way.

According to a school news release, the exhibit will feature drawings, paintings and photography by young artists from Essex County. Selected works were juried by a panel of distinguished artists, photographers and curators.

The exhibition sale proceeds support the Herb & Milly Iris Gallery and SOPAC.

The exhibit will be on view from May 9 through Aug. 15 in Herb & Milly Iris Gallery. An opening reception will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 11.
