Livingston ‘Summerfest’ Event 2017: Swimming, Food Trucks, Music And Ducks
Summer is closer than you think, Livingston.
LIVINGSTON, NJ — Summer is closer than you think, Livingston. On Saturday, June 10, the 2nd annual Summerfest will take place in the township, including events at multiple locations.
According to event organizers, the Haines Pool will hold an open house, and will be free and open to the public from 1 to 4 p.m. Attractions will include inflatable rides, a DJ, games and a snack bar.
Summerfest will also include a Food Truck Extravaganza at the Livingston High School parking lot on Wahler Road from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. In addition to the food, there will be craft vendors, and enjoy music, giveaways and music by DJ Chuck Russo.

Admission to the Food Truck and Craft area is $5 per person and is free for children under 12, organizers said.
There will also be a family-friendly event, the Livingston Sunrise Rotary Duck Race, at Littell’s Pond from 1 to 3 p.m.

More than 7,500 attendees showed up to last year’s event, organizers said. Find more information on the Township website at www.livingstonnj.org
