Livingston to Auction Off Surplus Vehicles

Livingston will be holding an online auction from June 27 to July 8.

Livingston will be holding an Online Public Auction to sell off excess equipment and a surplus of vehicles.  The auction will begin on Wednesday, June 27 at 9 a.m. and will end on Sunday, July 8 at 7 p.m. with each item closing in one minute intervals.  Bidders may be subject to a three minute extended bid.

Items for sale, as well as the details of the auction, including preview dates, can be found online at www.usgovbid.com.  All bidders are required to electronically register for bidding on this site.

Vehicles listed will be available for inspection at the Water Pollution Control Facility, located at 81 Naylon Avenue, on Monday, July 2 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.  Equipment listed will be available for inspection at the Northland Pool Complex located at the end of Jefferson Court, at the same time.

All bidders must agree to the terms of the website.  All sales will be made to the highest bidder and shall be final and sold in an “as is, where is” condition, free from any guarantee or warranty.  

The payment terms are posted on the auctioneer’s website.  All won items must be removed from Livingston property within five business days of the close of auction.
