Livingston Offers Recreation And Summer Camp Registration

Pyramid Youth & Adult Fitness Sports, Fun Fitness,& Games Summer Camp

In collaboration with Pyramid Youth and Adult Fitness, Livingston Recreation will offer a Sports, Fun Fitness & Games Summer Camp. Registration is open now for eligible individuals in grades 1 through 8 (Fall 2024)

The camp is geared towards building a foundation of body weight strength training, and developing flexibility, balance, coordination, speed & agility, power, and explosive movement patterns that are paramount in maximizing future athletic performance and overall fitness. The emphasis is having fun, building self-esteem and confidence while participating at your own pace, with the focus on correct form and technique.

Games include gaga, soccer, flag football, dodge ball, kickball, wiffle ball, lacrosse, and many more. Campers should wear sneakers, comfortable clothing, sunscreen, and bring water and a snack.
