New Passports & Notary Oaths

The Essex County Outreach Program will be at Livingston Town Hall, 357 S. Livingston Avenue, on Thursday, November 30, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

At this time, they will be performing Notary Oath Services and assisting with new Passport applications.

Appointments are required; there will be no walk-ins. Appointments can be made at essexclerk.com.

New Passports

As a reminder, this outreach includes assistance only for new Passport applications. Do not make an appointment if you already have a passport and simply need a renewal.
