Livingston Township: Junior Lancer Track Program Starts In April

Junior Lancer Track Program

Grades: 4 to 8

Program begins Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. Practices are held on Wednesday evenings & Saturdays. Schedule will be distributed at the first session.

Program meets at the Community Turf Track at Livingston High School

• Team Meeting: Saturday in March 2024 TBD, at the Livingston Senior/Community Center (LSCC), 204 Hillside Avenue
• Fee: $150.00
• Registration Deadline: Monday, March 4, 2024
• Late Fee: $20 (space permitting)

This instructional program is designed to teach the fundamentals of running events, turbo javelin and running broad jump. The team will also compete in track and field meets against surrounding communities.

Volunteers are needed to help run the meets. All adults able to assist at the meets, please contact Senior, Youth and Leisure Services, 973-535-7925, option 0, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or email syls@livingstonnj.org
