Livingston Vehicle Stolen While Owner Runs Into Friend's House
A car was stolen in Livingston this past weekend while the man ran into a home quickly, police said.
LIVINGSTON, NJ — The Livingston police said that a man's car was stolen on Sunday when he ran into a friend's house.
Police said that at 5:50 p.m. on April 2, they responded to a residence on Edgemere Road.
The victim told them he had left his Volvo SUV running in the roadway as he quickly headed inside his friend's house to drop something off.

The vehicle had been left unlocked while it was running, police said. The Livingston Detective Bureau is investigating.
