“With its outstanding schools, strong employment base and exceptional quality of life, Livingston exemplifies the underserved rental markets where we continue to see significant opportunity,” said Steven Katz, principal of Sterling Properties Group.

“Together, we delivered a community that reflects a shared commitment to quality, innovation and long-term value for both residents and Livingston as a whole,” said Kevin Codey, founder of Danbro Properties.

The opening further expands Sterling Properties Group's portfolio, which currently includes nearly 6,000 apartment homes under management. The firm also has more than 2,000 units in various stages of development, including Blue Hill, a 230-unit community under construction in Watchung, and Plaza Greene, a 145-residence active adult community located steps from the NJ Transit station in Fair Lawn that is scheduled for completion in 2027.

Canterly Place was designed by Lessard Design, with interiors by Mary Cook Associates. Northwestern Mutual served as a financial partner on the development.
