Here are some of the highlights from reports to the Livingston Police last week.
LIVINGSTON, NJ — The Livingston police took the following reports over the last week:
Car Break-Ins
Between 4 and 5 a.m. on Sunday morning, several vehicles were entered and one was burglarized on Tanglewood Drive and Trinity Drive, police said. The vehicles had been left unlocked overnight in their driveways, police. The Detective Bureau is investigating.

On Tuesday, April 5, around 7:30 p.m., Officer Naylor was patrolling the area of the Livingston Mall when he observed a man exit the mall and run toward a waiting vehicle. The man had an armful of clothing with hangers attached, police said.
The man and the driver were both arrested and charged.
Steffon Fowler, 44, of East Orange was charged with receiving stolen property, police said. The driver, Lawrence Johnson, 42, of Jersey City, was charged with conspiracy, police said.
They were both taken to the Essex County Jail.
