Man Charged With Drug Offenses After Crash In Livingston

LIVINGSTON, NJ — After a two-car crash in Livingston on Thursday morning, a Hackettstown man was arrested for DUI and several drug charges.

The Livingston police responded to the intersection of West Mount Pleasant Ave and Hillside Avenue at 6:20 a.m. on Oct. 13, they said. They found out that two vehicles were involved in a crash.

After further investigation, they arrested Scott Conner 2nd, 24, of Hackettstown for driving under the influence and for possession of suspected heroin and crack/cocaine.

He was taken to headquarters, where he was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance, driving under the influence, and several other motor vehicle violations, police said.

He was released on a summons, police said.
