Man Charged With Forgery And Identity Theft At Livingston Bank: Police
Police charged a New York City man with 7 offenses after he was arrested at a bank in Livingston on Saturday, they said.
LIVINGSTON, NJ — Police charged a New York City man on Saturday who tried to pass a fraudulent check at TD Bank in Livingston, they said.
Police said that they responded to the bank at 185 South Livingston Ave. around 11:38 a.m. "on a report of someone trying to pass a fraudulent check."
Police arrested John Parry III, 33, from New York City, they said.

He was charged with forgery, falsifying a government document, possession of a false ID, identity theft, possession of fraudulent credit card, possession of a controlled dangerous substance (suspected crack/cocaine), and possession of drug paraphernalia.
They said, "Parry attempted to pass a fraudulent check using a fraudulent driver’s license and bank card. He was placed under arrest and transported to headquarters."

His charges were placed on a summons and he was released with a court date, police said.
