Man Charged With Theft Of Merdeces In Livingston
Police investigated and charged a man with the theft of a Mercedes in Livingston from back on Memorial Day.
LIVINGSTON, NJ — After a string of car burglaries and one car theft last Memorial Day, police in Livingston have charged a man just with the latter.
On May 30, a 2018 Mercedes Benz S560 stolen from a Martin Road residence. The vehicle was left unlocked with the key fob inside of it.
The theft came amid a day of car burglaries and another attempted car theft.

This week, the Livingston police said that Det. Spano investigated the above stolen Mercedes case and eventually arrested Kyion Phillips, 19, from Edison.
He was charged with receiving stolen property (Mercedes). His charges were placed on a summons and he was given a court date and released.
