Monmouth Court Gym to Host Free "Drums Alive" Demo
Pre-registration for new community exercise class required by Friday, March 6.
The Township of Livingston’s Senior, Youth and Leisure Services (SYLS) department will sponsor a free “Drums Alive Fitness Demo” with SYLS Instructor Linda Hemmat, on Tuesday, March 10, at 10 a.m. in Monmouth Court Gym, located at 26 Monmouth Court.
The class combines movement with the beat and rhythms of drumming for a “brain and body workout,” according to a release. Participants must bring a 55-cm stability ball. Drumsticks will be provided.
