Morris Museum Exhibits Work of LHS Artists

'Fresh Perspectives' includes art by Emma Siegel and Andrea Perkins.

Two Livingston High School students have their work displayed at the Morris Museum as part of Fresh Perspectives, a Juried High School Exhibition.

Livingston’s Emma Siegel and Andrea Perkins were among the 50 high school students from across New Jersey whose work was selected for the annual juried exhibit.

Fresh Perspectives started in 1989 to give artistically accomplished high school students a professionally organized museum exhibition experience and to recognize art teachers for their encouragement and effective teaching.

Siegel is exhibiting a digital photograph titled Prague Guard Illusion; Perkins was selected for her acrylic painting, Delish Donut.

The high school artists’ works featured in the exhibit are in a variety of mediums, including computer-based graphic design, found objects, video animation as well as the more traditional painting and sculpture.
