Fruit Bowl Chain And Other Businesses Coming To Livingston Town Center
A fruit bowl and smoothie chain is expected to come to Livingston Town Center, and a new gym will open there in late 2022.

LIVINGSTON, NJ — A chain restaurant and two other businesses recently signed leases in Livingston Town Center, according to ROI-NJ, which announced details of the lease deals this week.
Among them is Rush Bowls, a fruit bowl and smoothie chain founded in 2004. The chain has more than 50 locations around the country, including dozens to come.

- King Strength & Performance, which conducts fitness and strength training and also has locations in Cranford and Metuchen. The website says it will open in Livingston late in 2022.
- Windows to Paradise Spa, which also has a location in Bloomfield. Find out more about the Livingston location here.
Azarian Realty Co. is the leasing agent for the 65,000-square-foot town center. The two-story center has 29 tenant spaces and an enclosed three-level garage.
Stores in the center include Wells Fargo Bank, Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza, Keller Williams Realty, the Lash Lounge, Omaha Steaks, 16 Handles, HOTWORX, and more. Get the full list and map here.
