The confirmed attendance count is building for New Jersey’s premier multifamily real estate conference. The Fifth Annual New Jersey Apartment Summit on October 27, 2015 will take place at The Eisenhower Conference Center (290 W. Mount Pleasant Ave) in Livingston, New Jersey. More than 225 attendees have signed up with a total of 400-senior level executives expected to participate in important discussion, debate and networking on the myriad opportunities and challenges in today’s market, according to Brian Klebash, president and founder, CapRate Events.
The summit is planned to provide market intelligence and networking and is open to developers, investors, capital sources, brokers and consultants. The full-day will feature more than 50 industry speakers, who will participate in 10 panel discussions covering key trends, opportunities and challenges in the region’s multifamily arena. Topics will cover buying and selling activity; capitalization and rental rates; the interest from foreign investors, and new developments planned or in progress.
The multifamily industry has consistently been among the strongest segments of the commercial real estate industry according to Klebash. He has assembled private and public speakers for the event including Carl Goldberg, Canoe Brook Investments; Jeffrey Nadell, NJ Transit; Marcos D. Vigil, Deputy Mayor, City of Jersey City; Jason Kaplan, Kaplan Companies; Jeffrey Persky, KRE Group; Jeffery G. Otteau, Otteau Valuation Group; and Michael Sommer, Advance Realty Development.
