Photos: Religious School Graduation

Students at Temple B'nai Abraham honored.

Temple B'nai Abraham recently honored students who graduated from its Religious School in the Louis and Emily Slater Youth and Education Center.  

Religious School Director Janet Resnick and Assistant Director Barrie Halpern presented graduates with diplomas. Rabbi Clifford Kulwin officiated with Cantor Jessica Epstein.

During this Ma'ariv service, awards and scholarships were presented to outstanding students in the religious school, high school and college. Barrie Halperin, the outgoing Assistant Religious School Director, was also recognized and honored for her over 15 year dedication and commitment to the students and the school.  She also served as Hey Class Coordinator and teacher.

Following religious school graduation, students can continue their studies in the Temple's High school program (grade 8 to 12). Registration has also begun for the temple's religious  school programs as well as the primary school, kindergarten and Hebrew school. For information, please contact Janet Resnick, Religious School Director, jresnick@tbanj.org  or 973-994-3950.
