Repair work continues in Livingston after a water main break last week.
LIVINGSTON, NJ — Repair work continues in Livingston on Monday after a water main break last week.
According to an update from Livingston town officials, water main construction will continue at the intersection of Beaufort Avenue and North Hillside Avenue, weather permitting. Portions of Beaufort Avenue will be closed to traffic during construction, which is slated to take place from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Commuters should expect traffic delays, Livingston officials said.

Houses on Beaufort Avenue may experience a disruption in water service between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m., officials added, apologizing for the inconvenience.

Livingston officials previously said that any residents who experience water discoloration should run the cold-water faucet at the sink closest to their water meter until the water is clear.
