Route 10 Traffic Alert: Livingston and West Orange May Face Delays Starting Feb. 17

ESSEX COUNTY, NJ — Does your daily commute involve Route 10?
The NJ Department of Transportation recently announced that workers will conduct a resurfacing project on Route 10 from West Northfield Avenue in Livingston, to Merklin Avenue and Kelly Drive in West Orange, beginning on Friday, Feb. 17.
According to officials, the majority of the work on the project will be completed via staged construction during daytime hours and should have minimal impact on the flow of through traffic.

A single lane at a time (mostly between 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.) will be closed for paving work, officials said.
No completion date was provided in the advisory. Work will include traffic signal upgrades and ADA compliance, officials said.
